Flow cytometry – D-COUNT® technology
After 14 years of use, COSMEBAC renewed its system, investing in the latest technology: D-COUNT50® distributed by bioMérieux. This technology is the only available strategy which uses the direct measurement of micro-organisms thus allowing the cosmetic product to be released within 24 hours.
Bioluminescence – bioLumix® technology
COSMEBAC has been using bioLumix® since 2015, having first proven its performance for challenge test protocols. This is not a question of replacing standardised or Pharmacopoeia-based challenge tests, but is more about providing a more complete technical offer with a sequence which can be set up more quickly to obtain results in half the time required by the more traditional protocols.
Mass spectrometer, maldi-tof system – VITEK-MS® technology
The use of germs classed as “objectionable”, the monitoring of industrial pollutant trends, the monitoring or flora collected from post-use test samples... these are just some of the professional trends which have justified the acquisition of this high-end equipment.
VITEK-MS represents a potential for producing 200 identifications in less than 2 hours, this is the only strategy which can provide results in real-time.
